Today's Time Capsule, The Cassandra Complex...

So, another Industrial/EBM Time Capsule post was bound to happen seeing as I...
A) Was in an Industrial group for 5 years.
B) Used to listen to it heavily in mai teens & 20's.
C) Know soem of you secretly like this music, but don't want to admit it.
D) All of the above

Wahtever the answer may be, here is The Cassandra Complex with the song "Into The Heart" from the Album "Cyberpunx" released in 1990 on Play It Again Sam records USA (BIUS 1040) marketed & distributed by WaxTrax! records out of Chicago, IL.

Having started in 1980, they were one of the major influences on the EBM scene in the 80's all the way into the 21st century. Their music was always fresh blending styles of Industrial, Goth, Synth Pop, soem New Wave and, of course, EBM.
If you've never heard of this band, but you like groups like Pankow, Young Gods, Kraftwerk, Foetus, A Split Second or Mussolini Headkick you will prolly like this group.

As of the end of this post I am currently listening to "Hypnotic Voice" by Bypass Unit from the album "On A Trance-Mission" released in 1996 on Hypnotic records, a sub-label of Cleopatra.
