So, I remember this lil dude from waaay back, prolly 2000-'01 is when I first saw him all padded up, big yellow helmet, ripping everything, dad driving him everywhere like Ivan Hosoi (minus the Pot & Meth).

Chaz Ortiz: Tampa Pro 2012...

So, I remember see in this kid at all these contests years ago [2001-'02] around the Chicago and surrounding suburbs. His Dad was always there supporting him, driving him to every event.
Chaz had this bright yellow helmet that looked twice the size of his head, and his board came up to his shoulders. He couldn't have been moar than 7-8 years old...
