Shot Of Love...

So, who among us hasn't listed to at least one King's X song? Who among us also hasn't dreamed about being a black bass player wearing soem sort of napolean band leader coat? May I add, with a dope hair-cut to complete the ensam?
Okay then, well. Who of you cares to read the lyrics for the song "Shot of Love?"
wow! That many, eh? here you go then.

Shot Of Love:
See the bread, see the wine. See the graft into the vine. This is what it is to be, it always made sense to me.
Send a shot of love across the mountain to the sea, frome the poles of North and South, wherever we may be.
Sometimes my cup is empty, my wish that it stay full 'cause I am always thirsty I can't get enough of you.
Send a shot of love across the mountain to the sea, frome the poles of North and South, wherever we may be.
There is nowhere else to go, there is nothing else to do, there is nowhere else to turn, the first and last is you.
Oh I hear the music, oh I need a brand new song.
Send a shot of love across the mountain to the sea, from the poles of North and South, wherever we may be.

Sound like soem sort of god nosense or just an ode to love and breakups? I guess that's why it's KNDA vague so metal fans in 1987 would still rock. It's kinda like Rob Halford and Freddie Mecury with their lyrics so vague that you don't know that their Gay.
