My First iMovie....

So, here's mai first iMovie, and moar importantly mai first video that I've ever made, EWER!

It's made using random video clips from mai iPhone4.

Now, seeing as I just got the phone at the end of August, I didn't realize that I had to rotate it when taking vids so it would be formatted to fit on a screen.

That's why it is so vertical with two huge black bars on either side. Sorry, n00b alert!

You may see Wellborn Clothing rider Shawn Turner with a cameo fakie wallride to regs, mai friend [Still Skatin'] Kevin with a mallgrab and soem bonelesses (sp?), random clips from North Coast Music Festival (NCMF), and, of course, me with the 360 slide, 360 shuv and soem slappies.
The track I used is "Consequently" by a band called Agitpop who put out "Stick It!" in 1989 on Twin Tone records.

As of the end of this post I am currently listening to "Dead Tide" by Arch Rival from the compilation "Masters of Electronic Dance Music: 69 Rave Dance Hits" released in 2011.

I got this album off of iTunes for $9.99 - and yes, it does contain 69 tracks. That's arond 14¢/track.

It contains Psy-Trance, DarkPsy, Dubstep, Electro, Tech House, and Progressive Trance.

Even if you don't like some tracks it's still cheaper than buying ten tracks separately.

Who Needs Wax? Just Rub Soem Grass On It...

So, I went out street skating if front of FUSAK's house todei, found this sweet lil curb that has a perfect angle to slappy, trouble was, there was not enuff paint left on it, and we had no wax.

From mai years of experience I knew that a handful of grass scrubbed on the crete gave it enuff slickety-do-dah to let you work that indy truck dust into the pores of the crete.

FUSAK never saw that trick and KNDA flipped out when I started grinding. I did it to another curb, by this driveway we were skating next to this, that was a natty virge. (no paint, never skated)

So, we skated up to Dunlays in Logan Square for lunch stuff, so I guess this is technically still a skateboard post. Stacey rode her bike.
Heat was brutal, sweathoggin, and saw some people trying to pretend to be interested in women's world cup soccer. Japan won.

Chicago w/Kevin Campbell...

So, I'm out cruzing around with FUSAK in Logan Square after hanging at Small Bar w/Brian Clutter. Why the fuck don't you Chicago poseurs build soemthing small here?
Just a tiny tranny where mai board is leaving like 2 feet of vert, come from mai view, carve the bank and hit the lip of the ledge. It's TTLY secluded and nobody would even know you were there if you kept yourselves under wraps.

So, here's that illusive jersey barrier I mentioned earlier and mai Heterosexual Life Partner, FUSAK, standing next to it all bummed out because of the massive holes in the crete, bro brah.
C'mon Chicago skaters, keep your shit up... patch your holes.

Skate Brew Break...

So, the Logan park suxd as you could prolly tell from the previous post.
Me and FUSAK (Fat USA Kevin) decided to leave that wack-ass place cuz it was bunk as hell, and grab a brewdog before looking for soem dank curb cuts and the illusive jersey barrier.
